Fees & Cancellation

Academy by MetaPlay does not collect or process payments. Any payment coupon, fee amount, due date or receipt shown in the Platform is a record for reference only, to help academies and parents keep track. A payment coupon is a record, not a payment instrument.

All fees, payment methods, refunds and cancellations are arranged directly between the parent or guardian and the academy, and are governed by that academy's own terms. Metahub Sdn Bhd (1478212-K) is not a party to those payments, does not hold any funds, and does not issue refunds. Where a refund or cancellation is due, it is handled by the academy directly.
